My Approach
Good to meet you. I currently provide medication management services for mental health as well as life coaching. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to care. Every individual is unique and as such so should their treatment plan be designed based on the needs of the individual. Using evidence based practices tailored to suit your specific needs, we can achieve your mental health goals. I also encourage and refer for psychotherapy if and when needed. I currently am in network with MedCost and offer a sliding fee scale if needed.
